1) How do I know when new Club software is available?
Your Spymac Hub includes an intelligent auto-updater that will notify you when new software is ready for download.
2) How do I send a note?
To send a note to another member, log into your account and visit:
http://www.spymac.com/notes/index.php . This will take you to your Note inbox where you will be able to manage your notes and send new ones. Club members get 3GB of dedicated storage space for their notes, forum messages and Blogs.
3) How do I write in my Blog?
As a Club member, you can write in your Blog from your desktop or from your favorite browser. To write in your Blog using BlogSpinner, launch the application from the Spymac Menu. To write in your Blog via the web, log into your account and visit:

4) How do I setup my Blog?
Before writing in your Blog, you must configure it by visiting:
http://www.spymac.com/blogs/blog_setup.php . You will be able to select a title, input a description, and password protect your Blog.
5) How do I publish a homepage to the Internet?
Adding files to your HTML folder will publish them to your homepage located at
http://membername.spymac.com. You can add items to your HTML folder with Spymac Disk, your favorite FTP client, or via WebFTP. You have 3GB of storage on your Spymac Disk.
6) What's my webpage address?
You and others can access your homepage at
http://membername.spymac.com. All files stored in your Spymac Disk’s HTML folder are available for anyone to access.
7) What's the maximum size of email I can send?
You are able to include 25MB attachments in your outgoing mail.
8) How do I get my iTunes song to show throughout Spymac?
You need to have Spymac Agent installed. Agent is part of the standard install of Spymac's suite of desktop applications. To stop Agent from sending Spymac your iTunes information, visit your User Configuration panel in Spymac Hub and select "Do not send my iTunes song to Spymac." This change will take effect upon the next song change. Your iTunes information is available for use when sending notes, in your public profile, when posting in your Blog, and when discussing in the Spymac Forums. It is also shown in the “Who’s Online” directory.
NOTE: Your iTunes information is available to Spymac regardless of whether you are posting via the Web on from your desktop.
9) How much space do I get with my Club account?
Your Club membership includes 3GB of dedicated email space, a 3GB Spymac Disk that's used for your backups, homepages and files, and 3GB of storage space in your private multimedia gallery. You also get 3GB of space for your Blog, forum and notes attachments, leading to a combined total of
12GB of combined online storage!
10) What's my email address?
Your email address is membername@spymac.com
11) How do I add my photos, movies and music to my multimedia gallery?
This functionality is coming shortly but is not yet available. You will be notified of new features when they are released.
12) What is a pile?
Your Club account includes the ability to add multiple images to your content in the form of “Piles”. Piles are collections of images that are visually represented on the Web as a stack of pictures. Each individual picture can be clicked on to display a full-sized version. Piles are a classy and elegant way of displaying groups of pictures in your Blog and throughout Spymac.
13) What if I need help?
