Vete a Preferencias del sistema (cuadrado gris con una manzana y un interruptor abajo en el doc).
Pincha en Internacional
Luego en Menú teclado
A continuación, vete bajando por los idiomas hasta llegar a Español ISO, ponle la cruz y quitasela a Español.
Si no quieres que aparezca la banderita española del teclado en la barra superior derecha, quita la cruz que te acaba de poner en Mostrar menú de teclado en la barra de menús
Y ya está.
