De todas maneras, antes de reformatear el disco, intenta repararlo con una aplicación llamada "DiskGuardian" de Subrosa Software (http://www.subrosasoft.com). No es tan específica como DiskWarrior para reconstruir directorios dañados, pero es bastante potente en otros aspectos, y tal vez te repare algo.
