No te preocupes. Navegará. En cuestión de conectividad a internet no hay diferencia en tener Mac o PC.

Lo que cuentas es rarísimo. He conectado una decena de Macs a otros muchos routers (en España y fuera), por cable y WIFI y jamás ha fallado la conexión.
Como te dicen los otros foreros, lo normal es que no haya que hacer nada de nada. Con DCHP automatico (lo tiene configurado por defecto) funciona siempre.

Algo raro está pasando, algo ajeno a que sea Mac o Pc, creo yo.
