si, que se puede y además es sencillo, te explico.

1,. abres mail
2. selecciones preferencias
3. ahora seleccionas cuentas
4. le picas al más para crear una cuenta nueva.
5. Tipo de cuenta Pop.
6. descripción lo que quieras ( ejemplo: Hotmail. )
7. dirección de correo: ya sabes tu cuenta hotmail.
8. Nombre: el tuyo o el que quieras poner.
9. Servidor entrante: pop3.live.com
10. Nombre de usuario: tu dirección de hotmail.
11. Contraseña: La que creástes con tu hotmail.
12. Servidor Saliente: smtp.live.com


Y esto es todo.
