Revisa (y desactiva) cualquier firewall en el sistema (Windows incluye uno por defecto. Muchos antivirus, hoy en dia; también) En caso de usar Panda, desinstálalo.

Revisa la conectividad mediante ping entre todos los equipos (ping direcciónIP en las consolas correspondientes) Revisa las tablas arp (arp -a en las consolas correspondientes. Debes tener, si existe ping; una entrada por cada equipo -además de tu puerta de enlace, que supongo será tu router)
