como se ha dicho aquí, debes valorar si prefieres tener tu SO a la última (tiger) o por el contrario.. al 90% se tu respuesta: tener instalado tiger; ten en cuenta que tu mac perderá reactividad por ser esta versión más glotona en recursos (esto siempre llega en un momento u otro con cualquier mac OS).

respeto al poder instalar la versión 10.4.11 es imposible, no se vendió como tal por separado (solo el DVD), con lo cual te hace falta el DVD para PPC y de ahí actualizar a la versión 11.
