Me acabo de comprar un imac G5

Me da un error cuando intento borrar con el toast:
The drive reported an error:
Sense key = HARDWARE ERROR
Sense Code = 0x44, 0x4B
INTERNAL TARGET FAILURE

Cuando grabo con el IDVD, se me queda colgado el programa

y a veces no me expulsa el disco

¿sabe alguien algo de esto?¿Cual es el telefono de applecare?
