Hola jejeje justo estaba por hacer la misma pregunta pero bueno encontré googleando algo que me decepcionó de parallels en esta pagina

El problema es doble. Los drivers nuevos de Apple no reconocen la iSight porque Boot Camp 1.1 actualiza el firmware de la cámara. Este es un problema específico de drivers que Apple tiene que resolver indudablemente (el driver detecta que no está corriendo ni en boot camp ni en un mac, además). Por otro lado con el driver antiguo SI se veía la iSight, pero el cuello de botella era el USB 1.1, que es el único que emula Parallels por el momento.
Las cosas con mayor prioridad para parallels, según ellos mismos son, en orden: Soporte USB 2, Mejor aceleración 2D y 3D (nunca nativa, pero puede mejorar mucho) y mayor más flexible número de capas de compatibilidad con hardware.
Parece que no vamos a poder usar iSight en (ruin2) jijiiji (windows) pero nos queda el gizmo y el skype etc..
Aunque aun no lo pruebo pero también encontré esto...

Built-in iSight on Parallels Build 3188 Working perfect
After reading so many threads on this topic i decided to write the below simple way as it is working fine with me.
I did try the iSight under all various applications, such is yahoo messenger, MSN Live messenger, Skype and as stand a lone as well well; and it did work perfectly
What I have:
My system: MacBook Pro [Core to Due]
Parallels: Parallels Build 3188
VM: Windows XP Professional with SP2
What you will need:
A side of MacBook/Pro and Parallels, you will need the the iSight driver, which yon can download it from here (http://www.maconlysource.com/?p=885) [click on iSight Drivers]
Steps: (for first time selection of Buit-in iSight under VM)
1- Long on to your VM as usual
2- Copy to anywhere on your C drive [windows desktop] the iSight driver you downloaded [Please note that you will need to unzip the file]
3- From Parallel menu on OSX click Devices USB Built-in iSight
4- Then the Windows hardware wizard will start
5- Under the hardware wizard choose manual installation and browse to the iSigh driver folder location.
6- Click ok and then next
7- The driver will be installed normally
8- You can immediately see the Built-in iSight camera on [My Computer]
OR
Steps: (for people who clicked on iSight under devices in Parallel and skipped the auto hardware wizard)
1- Log on to you VM as usual
2- Copy to anywhere on your C drive [windows desktop] the iSight driver you downloaded [Please note that you will need to unzip the file]
3- From Parallel menu on OSX click Devices USB Built-in iSight
4- Click Start, and then right click on "My Computer" and Select "Properties"
5- Select "Hardware" and then "Device Manager"
6- Now you will see under uninstalled devices [usually highlighted by a large ? in yellow] the Apple Built-in iSight
7- Right clock on it and select "Update Driver"
8- Browse to the iSigh driver folder location.
9- Click ok and then next
10- The driver will be installed normally
11- You can immediately see the Built-in iSight camera on [My Computer]
